Foods Authorized In The Paleo Diet: What May I Eat

Thanks to Oprah, as well as Dr. Perricone and other well-known doctors, researchers, celebrities, and just about anyone healthy snacks else who takes good health seriously, there has been a sudden and overwhelming increase in demand for the Amazonian acai berry here in the U.S.

Some oils: Avoid oils like corn oil and rice bran oil. You can cook with things like bacon fat and olive oil. Olive oil should be used wisely though as it has a lower burning point than other more common oils such as sunflower oil, for example.

Most of my recipes lean toward a gluten-free menu. It helps that many grocery stores are catching on and stocking their shelves more frequently with gluten
